I applied to work at Ushr with a brief summary and my resume. Within a few weeks, someone reached out to me to set up an interview. The interview itself was quite stressful. The interviewers were nice, but I was the only one with my camera on and nobody broke the ice.

Interview
The interview started with basic introductions of the people who interviewed me, followed by me introducing myself. They then asked me to go through and explain my resume. Along the way they asked me follow up questions about my resume, which for me were mostly about my education and programming experience. At the end they asked me what I would want out of an internship / job at Ushr.
