Applied via Team Tailor and soon got contacted for first chat via video. On the meeting day 4 hours prior was asked to push back meeting by 30min to which I accepted. Their Talent Acquisition Consultant was pleasant and our conversation flowed well. I was asked to wait until the next meeting was booked within two weeks. Four weeks later I got an email apologizing for delayed process from a (possibly outsourced) senior talent acquisition consultant. I responded etc. Then three weeks later "Unfortunately there will be a delay in our recruitment process due to some internal processes that are currently adjusted. We do hope to get back to you over the next 2 weeks in order to pick-up the recruitment again." Quite a dissappointing experience if I´m honest.
