V-Flow Tech interview questions

Had a virtual interview with VFlow Tech towards the end of 2023 for an engineer role. The interview went well. The hiring manager and his team member asked me about my technical experience and knowledge. What baffles me is that 3 months after the interview, the HR person still has not updated me on the progress. It is not right to just leave me uncertain of the outcome, considering the time I spent on preparing for the interview. I would appreciate either it was a yes or no, but they don't even bother. If this is the attitude they treat the candidate, not sure what it will be like working in this company.
