I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at V.I.T.A.L. Marketing Solutions (Denver, CO) in Feb 2015
Interview
I filled out a useless paper which entailed exactly what was on my resume.
Waited with 7 other candidates in the room, filling out the same paper.
Eventually getting called back and speaking with someone very briefly, was only about 15 minutes at most and I was asked the most simplistic questions, I then received a call back offering me a second interview. I hesitated but accepted anyways.
The next day I again filled out another paper, and sat with 4 other individuals. Each of us got called and went out with an employee I was sent on a go-see and saw the door to door sales, and was told "it's not for everyone".
I wasted my time. I was lied to, and I hope this helps.

Interview
Recruited off of a job board. I did not contact them myself. I was called for a screening interview, then in person, then a shadowing day. I was asked basic questions and they described the position. They were unfortunately very hazy about the specifics until the shadow day, where everything was crystal clear.

Interview
Easy to get hired. Recruitment is based on sheer numbers of those hired, not quality. Very few qualifications required. The employees are part of a pyramid scheme in order to get a commission on people they hire and then promote. They just want bodies without a criminal history.

Question 1
The background check. They don't ask many questions. They pitch the job to you in the interview.
