Interview
When I applied for the job I was sent a time to show up for interview. Asked basic questions. (Nothing hard or unexpected) Went through the one week training of the overall process. As long as you have basics of working with a computer, such as factory resetting and trouble shooting internet connections, then the process is very easy.

I applied online and received an email to come in for an interview.
The only questions were can you start Monday.
I was desperate so I accepted the offer of $11.25 an hour.
