VAHA interview questions

Interview was completely unstructured. The interviewer was not prepared and was coming up with the questions as the interview went. I would start to answer one question an the interviewer would stop me saying that actually she wanted to change the question. No good interview feedback process as well. It gave the impression that overall the company is very unstructured and that the people inside don't know what they're doing.
