Unethical screening practices.
The recruiter seemd disorganized, most likely because they were relying
on AI to screen candidates and had back-to-back interviews for different roles.
But she kept her camera off from start to finish and, surprisingly, asked a technical question during the standard screening phase. Gave me a timeline for an anticipated follow-up. BUT did not follow up. Instead, I sent an email twice, two weeks apart, to finally get a response that they're still deciding.
After further research, I found this to be a ghost job posting.
