VIS Group interview questions

The interview process was fairly easy. First a phone call interview and then a in person interview. Right off the bat the lady that I was going to be under didn't seem to represent the company in a friendly way. The one thing that I found very unprofessional was their lack of communication after I interviewed. I was eager to hear back but heard nothing. Granted I could've reached out but I expect an employer to do this, especially after all the time I took to apply and interview. It takes less than a minute to send out an automated message on Indeed that you were not selected for the position. I am thankful for their time and am hoping my review maybe changes their interview process.
