I was contacted by HR, based on my LinkedIn profile, and brought in my HR. They then had me meet with the hiring manager, and then with five different people. The problem was that they could never come up with a Job Description, despite my multiple requests. An offer was made to me very quickly, but they could not agree on a title for me, and it caused internal squabbling.
