Had a total of four interviews, took a personality assessment. Three zoom calls and one in person interview. It was fine, and I was exactly what they needed at the time. They came across as really smart, good people during the interview process.

Basically told me one thing in the interview and the job requirements and duties were completely different with limited processes put in place for training. Expected to do way more than they pay you for.
