VRM Mortgage Services interview questions

In-person interview with 2 managers followed by an Excel skills test. Excel test was terrible & did not allow you to show your skills as acknowledged by both the HR rep as well as the hiring manager. Was advised I would hear back within a few days, but HR ghosted me. I followed up 3 times then eventually a month later got a form letter email stating the position had been filled. I felt this response was very unprofessional since my emails were left with no reply.
