I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Vaandu (Newark, NJ) in Jan 2019
Interview
The first call was relatively simple. Less than 5 min, resume/background.
Second round, another phone interview. Was completely technical. More like a rapid fire round.
Then came the reality check. I found enough details, neither from Glassdoor nor anywhere else. Surely not the company structure I intended to go for. They should have cleared it at the very start. (I believe I had asked them) Felt like a waste of time in the end.
3 rounds of interviews. I got in for 2 rounds but asked to come to the location to get the offer letter. It is so difficult to get to the location, especially for the offer letter.
These guys are total scammers. During all interview rounds you are told this is fulltime opportunity and sometimes they expedited final interview. Upon reaching the location they turn out to be generic consultancy and tell you everything opposite that you have heard during other interview rojnds. Please stay away from them.
