I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at VacSax (Plymouth, England) in Sept 2023
Interview
Had a sit down chat with engineering manager and HR. Was very relaxed and no pushy questions or tests. Went on to a factory tour, walked past the machinery and talked about what each machine is doing and what servicing needs to be done, talked about products that they make and how they want to improve further. After 5-10 minutes the tour was done ( to my suprise a very little amount of machines, 8 in total I believe). We then went back to the office where we discussed further on what I can bring to the company and what training I may or may not need. Shook hands said our good-byes and left.
