Interview
The interview process was fairly easy and took about half an hour. The interviewee was friendly and asked to the point direct questions. I was questioned on my secondary research skils based on past projects and was asked to explain any some basic research terms like primary and secondary reseach.

Things got smoothly and process not take much time. They are very fast as this process.
There would be 3 rounds and procedure was smooth.

Written test followed by interview. A formal one. Its easy to clear out the process. Based on basic aptitude and reasoning. The employers treat in a very warm manner. The interview is not strictly formal.
