simple and really technical. It is a slow process to get to the interview and to sign the papers after that. They pay for your flight tickets and costs involved.
One interview with hiring manager and then HR. Followed by an online test. Took around 4 to 5 weeks before they reply. Online test is mainly on technical questions with no time limit

HR Call - web interview with manager - web interview with senior manager, I was told there would be 3 web interviews in total.
1. HR called and asked few basic questions and told me about salary. Pay is fixed no negotiations
2. Manager interview - manager asked the regular questions
3. Senior manager interview: He has no idea what position was being interviewed.
Got rejected after this interview.
