The interview process is split into 4 rounds. First, we will shortlist candidates based on resumes, then the shortlisted candidates will receive an email for Round 2 where again on the basis of performance candidates will be eliminated. The best performing people will get the link for Round 3 again via email. Those who clear the Round 3 exam will be selected for the job as there will be no elimination after this round. Then a background check will be done where the final shortlisted candidates will submit their documents for verification purposes. After that, our HR department will get in touch with them and begin onboarding.
