They call directly on phone, and we start the interview. They asked many questions about my career as an optical design engineer. they gave more information about their company and location.

Interview
One single interview with both hr and manager. Then an offer to negociate salary and benefice. I also got an interview with the r&d manager. More important question for them was how I fit technically.
