Easy interview questions. You basically make a case for yourself and sell yourself. Be professional but be more than just your resume. More experienced employees held the interview. Also doesn’t help to get background information on who is interviewing you

Great and easy to talk with. I was very nervous, but they made the process a lot easier, and even if I didn't get accepted, it definitely helped me become more prepared for next time.
