You do a phone interview, then you do a zoom interview, then you schedule a time to go in person and observe 2 clients and fill out a paper with questions about what happened during the time you were observing. They place you with each client for about 30 minutes.

Even though I got the job, the woman who interviewed me was beyond rude and didn't even look me in the eye for the entire duration of the interview. Then she basically pointed to the door when the interview was over

Generic as if she was reading from a script. 'have you ever worked with handicapped people before', 'will you accept the non disclosure agreement; 'who do you want to work for valley achievement center'...ad nauseam
