was first phone screened by HR. Then 3 weeks later she contacted me to set up an interview with the hiring manager. Finally I went to the first interview and met Senior Manager. Everything went excellent and he even told me at end that I am the best candidate for this role and wanted me to come back for a second interview with my direct boss. which I did and I am extremely confident that I did very well. I am even over qualified for this role but then I didn't hear back for almost week so I reached out to HR by email to check on status . it passed almost 2 weeks and didn't hear back from them. I even called & left her a voicemail too saying that I will appreciated if she will get back to me. never heard back from her. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL & POOR MANAGEMENT. HR represents the company and she is a VP so no excuse ! YOU NEED TO DO YOUR JOB. they would be lucky to have me! no doubt!
