I applied for valley the recruiter reached out same day, scheduled the interview. Once I did the interview, I haven’t heard anything back after two weeks I reached out to get some sort of feedback just to be told the company looked a different direction I felt my time was wasted as I was determined I did great on the interview and the position needed to be filled, I then proceeded to ask about another opportunity to be told bilingual is required

Easy and straight forward, phone screening for about 30 min with a recruiter and then in branch interview with Manager and Assistant Manager, went through resume and previous experience and behavior questions based on situations (customer interactions and sales goals)

Zoom interview with local hiring manager and specific assistant branch manager of service location. Both parties were direct with questions and transparent about the position. The interview was informative but brief.
