I wish I could describe the interview, but unfortunately they make you jump through about 45 hoops before you even so much as get a phone call. They make you complete a written portion and film videos of yourself, as well as get several others to write a recommendation. They state this process is intentional, however it feels quite impersonal and inauthentic, not to mention disrespectful to those who are applying.
