Vancity Financial Service Representative (FSR) interview questions

In Person interview with Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager. Interview was 45 minutes long. Got the Interview call in 5 days after applying online. They made the offer after 2 days.

I was invited to a group interview after first phone interview. interview was set up as 2 plus 2 format. two candidate and two hiring staff. they ask questions , we answer one at a time. Vancity is really focus on their organization cultures.
