I applied for the position on their website by setting up a profile. It was very easy. The next day, I received a call from their director of Human Resources, and was asked very basic questions such as my availability and ability to be on my feet and lift up to 35 pounds, as well as work both daytime and evening shifts. Also my proximity to the arena and my current profession (student). On the phone we scheduled an in-person interview for the following Friday,
On Friday I did the interview, and was told in detail about the position. I was asked a few basic questions and mostly just asked questions about the job such as the time requirements and the dress code. The interview lasted for about 20 minutes and I was told I would hear back by Monday.
I was contacted Friday evening with the job offer and promptly accepted. I would say it was likely the smoothest, easier application and interview process I have done thus far.
