Basic interview with a few panels of stakeholders (other advisor, supervisor, campus partners, etc). Interviews were virtual, which was nice since I was not in a position to have to travel. Process moved pretty quickly as well.
There is typically a phone screen with a recruiter, then you either have a round with HR from the department or go right to a hiring manager round. Then, there is typically a panel before verbal offers are made.

Interview
There is only one to two interviews mostly dealing with behavioural questions. At least for these types of positions. Just be yourself and see if you are a good fit for this organization.
