Interviewer kept talking about the wonderful things he’s done for the company the last four years. Didn’t ask many questions about what I could contribute to the company, I basically forced myself to say something about me, which went in and out for the interviewer.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Vari (Coppell, TX) in Aug 2018
Interview
There was a scheduling conflict and the person I was to meet with was out of town. I was left in a conference room for 20 minutes while they looked for him.

Why would you take a cut in pay for this position?
