      Interview

Probably one of the worst processes I’ve been through as far as communication with a recruiter goes. I worked with a recruiter who was new but also has her own firm. I constantly had to follow up with her in emails. When I first gave her the dates and times I was available except for a Wed. After following back up, she wrote that she would schedule me for Wednesday. I wrote her back that I wouldn’t be available. I find out from my missed calls that she ended up calling me on Wed. She wrote back without an apology that she would reschedule me for Thursday at 4pm. I then end up seeing i received a missed call from her at 2pm on Thursday instead of the time she said she would call me at. We finally had a basic screening conversation about my background that seemed pleasant. I gave her times I was available over the phone. The following week I had to follow back up because I never received an email to set up the interview. She writes me back that the hiring manager is at a cheer comp. Another week goes by and I follow up again only to be told that the manager no longer wishes to move forward with an interview.
