interview was 30 mins late, I was told I would have an interview with a specific person but she wasn't there and someone else had to do it. HR had to come in and ask why I was there. Seems unorganized

No formal process. Varies depends on whose available in the building. I had my interview with a DSD and one of the ADONs. I was given a verbal offer at end of both interviews.
