Great interview process with the team but terrible HR team. extremely rude and doesn't follow up well. very condescending. I was convinced to take the role but the HR ruined it

Such a positive interview experience, they were so lovely to speak to and super reassuring of the role, regardless of whether it was a yes or a no...it was just very relaxed and enabled you to be yourself.
Got an interview and the person I spoke to was really nice, felt more lite a chat than an interview. But I did feel a bit unprofessional and after the interview, I didn't hear anything back from them.
