Interview was held in 3 stages. 1. phone interview. General questions, general understanding of each other. 2. Actual interview. 2.5h of technical questions, following a deep introduction session about a custom design/solution for an interview task, developed in advance (5 days). 3. Formalization of job proposal, other bureaucratic stuff.
