It was very streamlined and easy with it taking only about an hour or so. It was done as a group with individual interviews in the beginning and the orientation right after to find the best candidates and the final selection process was in the end.

Interview
You apply, then they email you directly to set up an interview. If you set up an interview you're then put in a zoom group with other candidates who are applying and you get an overview of all the job requirements, expectations, etc. You then wait your turn to be interviewed.

Interview
It was ultimately a big waste of my time, not to mention relatively deceptive. They say they offer $22/hr base pay, but they mean $22/hr PER APPROVED APPOINTMENT. They expect you to waste a bunch of time at unpaid weekly meetings too.
