I applied through other source. I interviewed at Vector Marketing (Northbrook, IL) in May 2008
Interview
Initial contact was a letter I received in the mail, prompting their interest in me. This was followed by a phone call to schedule a time to come in for an interview. The actual interview process consisted of a group/panel discussion with 12 individuals and a head-to-head interview with an Assistant Manager. The group portion was more of an education on what the job entailed as well as a background on the company. I was offered a position the same day and accepted.
Interview questions [1]

Questions regarding the fine cutlery industry. For example, what is a paring knife used for?
It was a zoom meeting with other candidates, but we were interviewed separately, it went well very well learned about the position and also, we had a meet up at the office to practice with the product and learned even more about sales.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Vector Marketing in Jul 2025
Interview
It was a quick easy zoom call in a group interview followed by an individual phone call interview with an answer if you’re hired or not then and there. Simple easy questions as well.
