My interview was in person before COVID, so in my process it started as a one on one with typical pre interview questions then we moved to a group setting with a bunch of other interviewees, we watched a 20 minute video describing and explaining the position in full detail then took an assessment, after the assessment they took each of us back one at a time for a post interview, you get a definite yes or no on spot.

How would working at Vector help you accomplish your current goals?
It was a zoom meeting with other candidates, but we were interviewed separately, it went well very well learned about the position and also, we had a meet up at the office to practice with the product and learned even more about sales.

It was a quick easy zoom call in a group interview followed by an individual phone call interview with an answer if you’re hired or not then and there. Simple easy questions as well.

There’s a zoom interview that can take up to an hour. Questions are simple like why are you looking for a job, and asking if you can schedule a 2-day training on Friday and Saturday.
