Two interviews. One with Manager and one with Director. Usually a 3 person process. Ask some questions about experience and what you aspire to be. Very laid back interviews. Overall, good experience.

Interview
I had a phone interview and then found out about a month later that I got the internship. There were 4 interns and 2 of us had phone interviews since we got recommended by people in the office. The other two had in person interviews since they did not know anyone in the office. The interview was just a simple conversation.
