Applied online. Process involved 1 informal phone screen by HR, and then a 45 minute Skype interview with 3 Engineers at the company about 1 week later. Many questions based on resume and they requested to see a sample of my work (project). The Engineers were all fantastic guys, it made me sad that I declined the offer. Would be an absolute pleasure to work with them. Would highly recommend!
