I spoke with a woman on the phone briefly about my experience. She asked my salary range and said it was a bit high. With my experience and my research in the current market, I disagree and believe it was actually very reasonable. Based on other reviews, I believe that the designers here are underpaid, but I digress as those are only my beliefs based on my experience and my research and salary isn't the only important factor when choosing a job. I was then sent 2 unpaid design tests. I was wary of doing unpaid work especially at this point in my career but wanted to give them a chance. Companies should be able to assess your skills based on your portfolio. The link to mine I had provided on the application. I received the second "test" after completing the first. After completing the second and following up after, I received no response from them whatsoever. I found that very unprofessional after asking me to do unpaid work for them.
