Velorution interview questions

Zoom call with 2 of the web team. All quite straightforward; questions about my experience etc. This led to a 2nd interview where a couple of job spec items not in the original brief were mentioned. There was a strong implication that I was being offered the job. After chasing I was told the hob had been offered to someone else. Overall I’d say this was slow, vague and it seemed all parties did not really understand the role being offered (if in fact it even existed)
