I recently went through the interview process for Vendelux and found it to be quite challenging but well-structured. The process was extensive, involving multiple steps: 1. Two initial chats with the hiring manager and a staff engineer. 2. A take-home assignment. 3. An onsite interview consisting of seven additional interviews. Despite the length and difficulty, I felt very supported throughout. The recruiter was incredibly responsive and helpful at every stage, making sure I had all the information I needed. The entire process took about three weeks, factoring in the holidays. Overall, while it was a rigorous process, it was also a well-organized and positive experience!
