I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Ventas Central (London, England) in Nov 2014
Interview
The interview process was quick and brief. The boss went through with me the ambitions of the company and I would sit there listening. Before the interview process I needed to show how good I was at the job so I went with someone already at the company and started knocking on people's doors (that was the job). The only problem is that I was not told about this and so I was deeply uncomfortable.

Question 1
I didn't get asked many questions other than about my commitment and ambition to the company.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Ventas Central in Oct 2014
Interview
The job description should read: "This job would be ideal for a candidate with the desire to work 70+ hour weeks for little-to-no pay". Lots of talk about the potential for advancement and responsibility with pay and hours glossed over slickly. I left the assessment day after I became aware that you would be working 70+ hour weeks for £0.00-£4.00/hr. There was no mention in the initial phone call that the pay is 100% commission based, and it took a customer asking a question about rep's pay in front of me for this to become apparent. Beware.

Interview
The process was pretty quick and efficient. I applied online Monday, was called Tuesday and was interviewed Wednesday- with the final assessment day being Thursday. It was all pretty quick and everyone i spoke with throughout were very polite and helpful.
I filled out a really simple application form whilst i waited then was interviewed with several others and although I waited some time, the interview was pretty simple and explained the company and role through a presentation. I had to answer a question regarding the presentation also. But the interviewer was so friendly and polite, this made things less nerve racking. After a interview of about 8-10 min regardless of if i was successful or not i would hear by the end of the day via phone if i made it to the next day for assessment further.
Overall a nice process, and lovely people.
