Interview process always starts with a phone call. If you pass you will be interviewed by our HR manager in person. Then you will come back to sign for a 90 day contract. If you still want the job after your 90 days are up, you will be asked to sign an annual contract.

Brief one on one - basically hit the ground running. They had a specific need for my specific skill set and I was hired immediately and set to work in the production on online training material right away. The rest of the interview process/on boarding came nearly a year later.
