Relevant quizzes and typing tests leading up to your interview process. The interview is 5-10 minutes. My interview was more informative. Had the feeling they were just trying to gauge how you conduct yourself in conversation before offering you a position.
The interview process was easy and quick. I was hired and received an offer letter the same day. HR was pretty responsive through the entire process up until training. The process was not stressful at all.
