The process was simple. First, I had an interview with ‘Short-Term’ group to confirm I was a good candidate for the role. Relaxed and casual. Everything was organised very well, all info was relayed to myself very clearly. Interview team were very welcoming and answered all queries in detail. Very professional and direct but delivered in a very informal way which helped keep process less stressful and more enjoyable.
