2 Rounds Virtual Interview, 3rd was F2F. The virtual interview experience was great, but F2F was horrible. The panel members came 30 minutes late, and they were not interested at all in taking the interview. They asked a few basic questions, and they were not at all listening to me. One panel member was literally scrolling Instagram in the middle of the discussion. I feel, just for the name sake, they are conducting interviews.
