It is 2 rounds of interviews. The first on the ask you 2 questions about your sales experience and the second you will talk to someone for a longer period of time and do some role play sales.

The interview process was 1 phone interview and then a Zoom interview. The phone interview was basically just a short introduction. The Zoom interview involved more questions, scenarios, and explained the job in greator detail. The explained the “commission” is now a team bonus.
