It was an online interview but with two HR managers connected seperately. one was very nice and the other had a poker face on the whole time. they said i they would give me a feedback but never did.

Application process was very nice. I could see when my application was received and also when it was seen by somebody. Received email within 48hrs to schedule interview. Had one 30 min phone interview and one interview on location for 1.5-2hrs. Met 4-8 employees throughout the process.

General personality questions, Why vermilion, a few in depth technical questions about industry tools and procedure. No problem solving or lengthy examples, but was permitted to search the web for reference if needed. Was asked to provide several portfolio samples.

Kind of weird. Came in three times and talked with employees who were completely unprepared.. Had one manager that was great sit in on all my interviews. Pretty thin talent pool behind him. FYI - he's no longer there.
