3 stages of interview: 1) HR phone screen 2) hiring manager phone interview 3) 2.5 hour interview with 5 people from the hiring department The people were very nice, but several red flags appeared during the interview. Glassdoor reviews state very good work/life balance, but without any prompting, interviewers mentioned never taking lunch, working every night and weekend, and no real remote work opportunities. Also, I know it is the trend nowadays to just blow candidates off, but after spending that much time interviewing, it would have been nice to get at least an email that I had not been selected.
