Initially they rejected my application but when I reached out to the recruiter they arranged my interview. During the interview with HM I was clearly realized he has no knowledge of performance Testing. He was looking at a different monitor and reading a scripted interview question. He even never game me an opportunity to introduce me. Directly started asking question. I believe this HM is lacks experience how to conduct an interview. BTW - this position is open for last 3-4 months and I was wondering why it's still open. Is it a fake? Don't even worth trying to this company.
