Interview process was initially great. Communication was fast and conversations with interviewers were all pleasant. The recruiter was quick to get the next steps set up until the final stages. Then I was just ghosted. I did over 6 hours of interviews and then the recruiter just disappeared - no feedback, no rejection letter, nothing.
