Interview
They conduct a group interview. They will ask you questions about yourself and then ask random questions to see if you can think on the spot and to see how socially capable you are. You will also be asked to sell something and do a quick group presentation. You must be social and extroverted.

Group Interview (9 people) with two Interviewers. Asked quite silly individual questions just to see how to interact and can you think on your feet. Then we were split into groups and given the task of coming up with a marketing Campaign for a new perspirant to be launched at a festival.

Interview
Group interview. Jeans/ skirts are appropriate to wear rather than something too formal, but look presentable. Asked to share a few facts/ info about yourself and to carry out group activities. Easy interview - just be friendly and try to get on with the other interviewees. They ask if you can drive/ own a car but it is definitely not necessary.
