HR reached out. A scheduled informational interview followed the email. Got on a call with HR and heard back after a week. The process was smooth and HR was nice and efficient.

Interviewed in person with HR. Pretty straightforward questions. Not a lot about the industry. Very informative on the experience of working at the company. They definitely want to know that you want to be an agent and you understand how demanding the job is.
